Delete your Ailectric account

You can delete your Ailectric account at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

Open Ailectric and make sure you are signed in.
Open Settings: the ⋮ menu at the top of the Boards screen, then Settings.
Under Privacy and data, tap Delete account and confirm.

By email, without the app

Send an email to support@ailectric.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and reply to confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

your account details: name, email address and password hash;
the devices connected to your account;
every project stored in the cloud;
your subscription status, your AI credit balance and your credit usage log;
the prices found for your cost estimates and your AI usage counters.

Nothing is kept on our servers once the account is deleted. Projects saved only on your phone stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

A project: in the app, open the ⋮ menu at the top of the Boards screen, then Manage projects, tap ⋮ next to the project and choose Delete. It is removed from your phone and, if it was synced, erased from our servers with all its earlier versions.
Anything else (your AI usage log, a device, specific records): email support@ailectric.app from the address you signed up with and tell us what to delete. We do it and confirm within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store: cancel yours there first (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Google, Apple and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their own policies.

Supprimer votre compte (français)

Dans l’application : menu ⋮ en haut de l’écran Tableaux → Réglages → section Confidentialité et données → Supprimer le compte, puis confirmez.

Par e-mail : écrivez à support@ailectric.app depuis l’adresse de votre compte, objet « Supprimer mon compte ». Nous supprimons le compte et vous le confirmons sous 30 jours.

Supprimer une partie de vos données : un projet se supprime dans l’application (menu ⋮ → Gérer les projets → ⋮ à côté du projet → Supprimer) ; il est effacé du téléphone et, s’il était synchronisé, de nos serveurs avec toutes ses versions. Pour toute autre donnée, écrivez à support@ailectric.app.

Sont supprimés : votre compte, vos appareils, vos projets dans le cloud, votre abonnement enregistré, vos crédits IA et leur historique. La suppression du compte n’annule pas l’abonnement : résiliez-le d’abord dans Google Play ou l’App Store.
